Tell us what blocked dinner.
For purchase, restore, sign-in, sync, import, safety, account deletion, or privacy requests, use the support contact listed on Savor’s App Store product page. Include your app version and build number, but do not send allergy details, passwords, Apple credentials, or purchase receipts.
Before contacting support
- For a missing subscription, open the paywall and choose Restore Purchases.
- For sync, confirm Sign in with Apple is active under Profile.
- For a recipe import, paste the recipe text when a social link is private.
- For an unsafe recommendation, stop using that recipe and report the meal name and app build immediately.
